  • Lawrence Kalikhman, Esquire is a summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Temple University. Mr. Kalikhman received his Juris Doctorate from the Rutgers University School of Law. He has experience in matters involving real estate, general liability, and toxic tort litigation. Mr. Kalikhman is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, before the U.S. Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and Bucks County Bar Associations, as well as the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. Eric Rayz, Esquire
  • Eric Rayz, Esquire is a summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Temple University. As an undergraduate, Mr. Rayz was a recipient of the H. Thomas and Dorothy Willits Hallowell Scholarship and Temple University President's Scholar Award. Mr. Rayz obtained his Juris Doctorate from the James E. Beasley School of Law of Temple University, where he was a staff member and editor of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. Mr. Rayz served a two-year term as a Staff Attorney for Justice Sandra Schultz Newman of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and has co-authored an article entitled "Capital Sentencing: The Effect of Adding Aggravators to Death Penalty Statutes in Pennsylvania" that appeared in the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. Mr. Rayz has broad experience in handling matters in federal and state courts and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New York, before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Judicial Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and Bucks County Bar Associations. Mr. Rayz serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations and is a founding member of B.C. Michelangelo - an amateur bacci club. In January of 2010, Mr. Rayz was appointed to the Board of Appeals of Lower Southampton Township in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. In January of 2011, Mr. Rayz was appointed to the Board of Auditors of Lower Southampton Township in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and, thereafter, elected its chairman.

Julie Rothman, Esquire
  • Julie Rothman, Esquire is a graduate of New York University. During her undergraduate studies she worked with inner-city youth through the America Reads/America Counts program and victims of violence at the Anti-Violence Project. Ms. Rothman earned her Juris Doctorate from the Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law where she received a Presidential Scholarship and was actively involved in various student organizations. During her legal studies, she exceeded her pro-bono requirement as a legal clinic advocate for Equality Pennsylvania and further demonstrated her commitment to helping others by serving on the Public Interest Experience committee. Ms. Rothman has experience handling matters in federal and state courts and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and Bucks County Bar Associations.
