Together with our colleagues from Connolly Wells & Gray, LLP, attorneys from Kalikhman & Rayz, LLC initiated a class action against Office Depot® – an office supply retailing company headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, for failing to maintain its facilities accessible to individuals with disabilities. As detailed in the complaint, which was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Office Depot® has engaged in willful violations of the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., and its implementing regulations by, inter alia, failing to ensure proper grading of the parking lot for “van accessible” vehicles.
