On November 22, 2013, the Pennsylvania Superior Court denied reconsideration of a judgment favorable to a client of Kalikhman & Rayz, LLC and unanimously affirmed the earlier opinion of the Hon. Leon W. Tucker of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. In doing so, the appellate panel agreed with Demetri A. Braynin of Kalikhman & Rayz, LLC, who successfully handled the proceedings in the matter of Uddin v. Albaz, that the arguments presented on appeal were devoid of merit and untimely.
