Recently, together with our colleagues at Connolly Wells & Gray, LLP, attorneys from Kalikhman & Rayz, LLC initiated a class action against Bank of America, N.A. for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991, 47 U.S.C. §227. As detailed in the complaint that was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Bank of America and various affiliated entities, including Urban Settlement Services, LLC (also known as “Urban Lending Solutions”), Walled Lake Credit Bureau, LLC, and Dialogue Marketing, Inc., relentlessly called borrowers, using so-called “automatic dialers,” even after being asked to stop.
