Kalikhman & Rayz, LLC is proud to announce our affiliation with Ricky A. Palladino, Esquire, whose entire practice is devoted to immigration law. Prior to being admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Mr. Palladino worked in the Office of the District Counsel for the Immigration and Naturalization Service – the predecessor of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. A graduate of La Salle University, Mr. Palladino served as the President of the Students’ Government Association and was awarded the Jules Fioravanti Memorial Scholarship from the Justinian Society of Philadelphia, to attend the University of Dayton School of Law in Dayton, Ohio. During the final year of his studies, Mr. Palladino attended the James E. Beasley School of Law of Temple University, where he won the Barrister’s Award for Outstanding Trial Advocacy.

Mr. Palladino is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. On behalf of this organization, he conducts educational seminars and serves as the liaison to the Immigration & Customs Enforcement (“ICE”) from AILA’s Philadelphia chapter. Mr. Palladino is also an advisor to the Bilingual Undergraduate Studies for Collegiate Advancement program at La Salle University, sits on the Board of Directors for the Council for Families and Relationships in Philadelphia, and is a member of the Military Assistance Program, which provides pro bono legal services for members of our armed forces, as well as their immediate families.
